Drake_portraitDr. D.W. Travis began his career as a minister and author. Two of his published works include Christ Our Healer Today and Healing Power: Voice Activated. He is the voice of his grandfather, Chester Travis, in the audio book Love Poured Out for Viet Nam. Dr. D.W. earned his Bachelor’s in biblical literature from Simpson University and graduated with honors; receiving the President’s Cup upon graduation for having the most positive influence on college life.

His Master’s Degree is in Literature (New Testament) from Alliance Theological Seminary. Dr. D.W.’s thesis became published and was given two awards for scholarship and relevance in contemporary culture.

He was ordained in 1994. Dr. D.W. received his doctorate degree in Christian Leadership from New Covenant University in 2011 and received the Joshua Award for leadership.

Drake and his wife, Serena, are executive producers with their production company, Divine Sign Productions. They produced The Comeback Kids, The High Road Show, Amazon Arising, two short films, and hosted the Behind-the-Scenes footage for The Farmer and The Belle: Saving Santaland movie filmed on location in Chickamauga, Georgia.

His missions, crusades, and relief work, plus studies, have taken him to many of the fifty states and to over sixty countries on five continents. He has an undying sense of humor and an unsinkable joy in the Lord. He has always had a passion to connect with people wherever he goes. He is eager to continue his outreach while using his teaching gift.
